Don't get a K unless you plan to overclock. I wouldn't really recommend overclocking on your first build. Same thing with a Z97 (which as MADVIU said you have an outdated mobo. Go get the Z97 or H97 if you aren't overclocking). Honestly, I doubt you need a sound card unless you are an audiophile. I haven't used one in a very long time. Also go get a SSD. I recommend a Crucial MX 100 or Sandisk Ultra Plus (or Ultra II) about 256 GBs.

Do you plan to SLI in the future? If so maybe go with a larger PSU. I really like the Seasonic 660 W (I own that one. It is very nice and extremely quiet.), but you may want to go with the 700W+ PSU. Here is a list of recommend PSUs.

Also I would look maybe another CPU Cooler. I would say go with a...

You picked the non-overclockable version of the CPU.

That's an outdated chipset.

If no real budget I would bump up to a i5-4690k and a Z97 motherboard.

Also, do you plan on air or liquid cooling for your CPU?
You have not chosen a cooler.

Also I would look maybe another CPU Cooler. I would say go with a Hyper 212 EVO if you aren't really overclocking, but want a non-stock cpu cooler.

On monitors, I would just say don't get a 4K monitor and expect everything to be 60+ fps or even "playable".
