it is an intex case and and is quite small my psu measures WxHxL : 15x8.3x10 cm im so tensed for the height as 8.5 cm is the general size and my PSU'S height is about 2-3 cm from mobo if they both are connected wont it cause any problem....
notrix can you post your case pic????

From the ATX12V Power Supply Design the standard dimensions are:

150mm (W) x 86mm (H) x 140mm (D)

You've posted a depth dimension that seems shorter than ATX12V standard spec.

Based on all of the cabinets shown on the Intex web site they use a standard ATX12V (a.k.a. PS/2) form factor power supply unit (top mounted).

first thing i have no intention for posting the same post again and again it was due to my network and speaking about my case it's model is Intex Supernova
one 5.25 inch external slots
three 3.5 inch internal slots
cpu heat vent
PCI graphic heat
heavy duty system
according to the specs in its carton its
net weight: 2.7 kg
gross weight 3.2 kg
size 37.4x 20.6x 41.2 cm
but actually when i measure it, it is a bit smaller like the above mentioned measurements...
but these case can fit a micro atx gigabyte ga-h61m-s1 mobo
im so confused.....

but what for the height issues as my current psu's height is 8.3 cm if the corsairs psu height is 8.6 cm so wont there be any problem if the new psu touches the mobo or can the psu be adjusted by a little hard effort???

The corsair PSU can be easily fitted in those cabinets, theres no need for me to post a pic, the cabinets supporting micro atx MoBo have no big deal with PSU's

but how did you mount the psu as it has a top fan? did you top mounted the psu in an upside down position or left the top fan of the psu to face the upper panel of the case which might be a closed vent i guess
