What video cards can go with 250w power supply and an amd athlon(tm) ii x2 240 processor 2.80 ghz?I want a video card that can just play the games in low or medium settings i dont care about ultra settings.I asked before and some people told me to take the gtx 750 but it is expensive for me right now and it also requires a 300w power supply.I dont want to change my power supply or processor.I wanted to buy the same card i had before it broke(radeon hd4650 1gb)but i live in Germany and i cant find it anywhere.

There are a lot of low end GPUs you can find that works done with a 250w PSU. However, the GTX 750 is truly the best choice. It has the best power consumption to performance ratio for entry level cards. It may be expensive, but it's definitely worth it.
If you really want an immediate solution , which I don't recommend, then a HD 6570 should work fine. If you go any lower, you'll get performance too similar to the HD 4650. I'm sure you would want an upgrade and not a replacement
