PSU - No CS / CX / Builder series from Corsair. Stick with XFX or Seasonic. 750w would be sized for a second GTX 970 down the road. 550w is plenty if you don't see yourself upgrading to multiple GPUs.
CPU Cooler - Eh... At that price range just pull the proven Hyper 212 EVO.
MEM - Those are high latency modules. Look for DDR3-1600 modules with a latency no higher than CL9.
SSD - Not the best performer... The Crucial MX100 and Samsung EVO are typically the better two budget minded options.
HD - Find and all, but a Seagate offering will give you slightly better performance.
CASE - I would recommend looking at an NZXT case. Plenty of good options out there so pick something you like, but try to keep things like cable management and...

You have a nice build, but I want to recommend some changes.

1. The PSU is kinda bad. Avoid the CX/CS/Builder from Corsair. Get another model from them, or better yet, something from SeaSonic, XFX, Antec, EVGA, Silverstone. 550W is enough for a GTX 970, but if you want to SLI in the future, 750W is the right choice.
2. Go with the Samsung 840 Evo SSD if possible. Its`s a better and more reliable SSD model. If not, the Crucial MX100 is also very good.
3. Get faster RAM if possible. Look for 1866Hz or even 2100Hz.
4. Regarding the case, I`ll give you my favorites, sporting two different looks: The NZXT 410 Phantom, or the Antec 1100.

Enjoy your build!
Hope I helped!7

Enjoy that build.
