I'm building a low budget pc with an amd a8 6600k without a discrete gpu. I would be using it for some light gaming and I am thinking of overclocking it for better gaming performance. I found that only these two were within my budget so out of the cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo and deepcool ice edge 400fs which one is better. Also will overclocking make a noticeable difference?

Overclocking the ram takes manual settings and trial and error but 1866 sounds fine.

Is deepcool a reliable brand? Because I haven't used anything other than cooler Master. Also is it worth the effort to overclock a8 6600k?

The are an OK brand just like CM, mild overclock does not take a lot of effort so yes worth it but since you are going to use the onboard GPU make sure that you select the fastest ram you can afford since it will reflect on the performance of the GPU.

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm going to use Kingston HyperX Fury 4gb 1866Mhz ram with msi a78m e35 which supports upto 2133mhz how do I overclock the ram to 2133mhz if at all I can?
