lost my driver

i have a new mp3 multimedia player attached it to a usb cable thinking it would install but somehow my driver software has vanished from the devices and printers folder any suggestions how I can get it back please

If all else fails it might be possible to do a system restore to a date when the device was working. Go to the start button then accessories then system tools then system restore.
