Which of these Mobo's is the best? The CPU will either be the FX 8320 or the FX 8350. There will be overclocking. Also, I would like to know why it is the best. Please do not just answer "Asus" or Gigabyte". Thanks!

I would get the Asus board there have been many problems reported with Gigabytes 990 boards.

If you can get the gigabyte ud7 then the cpu can benefit from having more power phases for overclocking

As for the two, get the Asus its a little better because of the vram heatsink.
