Need help with 4k computer ready

Trying to build a 4k ready computer. I will mainly use it for gaming and video editing. I have 2,000-2,500 dollars for a budget. This is what i have so far.

I think you need to reconfigure completely

I agree with the above Intel solution, but would go with the 290x's, they are cheap now.
Unless you are a masochist or in the minority that loves Win 8, stick to 7 then move to 10.

At this budget level there is no reason not to go with the LGA2011-3 platform...

What monitor will you be running? There are precious few that have true 4K 60 Hz input. Most take lesser input and upscale it to 4K 60 Hz.
