Which output is best for GTX 660. DVI, HDMI or DisplayPort?

I have what is likely a very simple question but I can’t find a concrete answer on the forums so thanks in advance for any advice.

I have an ASUS GTX 660 GPU (GTX660-DC2O-2GD5). It has 2 DVI, 1 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort outputs. I currently have a dual monitor setup and both are connected via DVI. However I’m looking to upgrade my monitors this Black Friday and I’ve noticed some monitors don’t have DVI inputs. My question is: Is there a preferred output over another? For example if I purchase 2 new monitors and they only have HDMI then I could use one HDMI but the other would have to be DisplayPort to HDMI. Would this matter?

Audio support isn’t an issue as I have external speakers. I would be using a 1080p screen resolution.

They are all fine and the same, all a digital formated signal. HDMI can audio on the same cable, DVI can't. Displayport can do audio, daisy chain monitors and handle higher resolutions. End of the day, no audio, 1080p, all the same for any cable you use.
