Yesterday night I set up my father's new Toshiba Satellite C55-B5300. Because he doesn't have a Microsoft account and I knew that would just be more confusing for him, I just created a non-live account.

After restarting the computer for the first time and attempting to log in, I'm met with the "password incorrect" error. I know it is correct, I've checked over and over again to make sure.

So now I'm completely locked out of the computer. I've attempted to start the computer in safe mode, but when I click F8 or F12 during start up it does nothing. I don't get the boot options. I have no idea what the problem is or not to reset the password so I can access the computer.

Any help would be much appreciated

Edit:
Now I have been able to log onto the computer once. I tried to disable the password, but when restarted it gave me an error again. While trying to log on this second time sometimes when I enter the password it instantly tells me it's incorrect and the other times it will say Welcome with the loading circle only to tell me the password is incorrect a few moments later.
