changing graphics cards?

I just recently installed a gtx titan ..from a 7970 do I need to reinstall my games ? it seems as though crisis 3 is causing my pc to freeze?

No, The only thing you would want to do is fully uninstall any and all drivers and AMD programs that relate to that video card, then install the Nvidia drivers and software. The games are independent of the drivers and do not need to be reinstalled.

Your CPU is just weak. Plain and simple the x1xx CPUs from AMD are CRAP. AMD even said this themselves. This is why the x3xx CPUs rolled out so fast. Now that you have a better GPU, you are getting CPU stutter because your CPU cannot keep up. This type of CPU bottlenecking usually results in higher frame time variance and is MUCH more noticeable and annoying than standard FPS drops from a weaker GPU.
