ok so first things first, the other day i turned on my pc and went to logon (dont even know why i have a logon still, never really bothered me until now) and it came up with the message 'user profile service failed the logon, user profile could not be loaded'. so i look it up on forums, and there are a few tutorials on youtube. easy right?, well they say first you boot windows in safe mode using F8. for me F8 is not working, ive tried many different F keys and otheres like esc and del but nothing seems to happen. its not a key-bored problem because i can open the bios straight away by using keys like F12 F2 etc. im kinda stuck, what shall i do?
