Hi,
I have windows 7 64 bit I'm not sure if you are familiar with this mouse but it's a steel series sensei Wireless Laser Mouse I can recharge it.Anyways when I use the firmware update tool to update the firmware after it get's to 41 percent on the download of the firmware it says cannot open bootloader and then it just doesn't do anything. The download that is. The Mouse still works when I disconnect from the failed update. I still cant update the firmware though. 1.19.2.4 Software Version: 3.3.0 for the steel series 3 engine.App ID: 7ca2ab77-5374-4694-7e62-287a31efd72d The firmware version is. 1.21.0.0. Maybe you could tell me if I'm using the most recent firmware or if it needs to be upgraded. I have tried turning off the suspend features of the usb devices in the control panel did not work. I have tried plugging it into both 2.0 and 3.0 ports on my computer. No luck. I don't see why I should have to try it on a totally different computer. Why that would even matter. I don't see why or how I would get the same error.
Any help would be great thanks.
Steve
