I'm not very experienced in OC, and me myself I don't like OC whatsoever and at all, but I definitely wouldn't OC VIA C7-M. It's netbook, it can be OCed but...it's a bad idea. Netbooks aren't designed for more excessive heat, then they already take from basic clock most of the time. And overclocking ViA processor is like typing faster on Your calculator, not much of an effect.
