Got a new laptop yesterday.
It's AMD. When I go to AMD Catalyst Control Center, it says this under information(Software)
Graphics Card Manufacturer Powered by AMD
Graphics Chipset AMD Radeon HD 8650G
Device ID 990B
Vendor ID 1002
Subsystem ID 1984
Subsystem Vendor ID 103C
Graphics Bus Capability PCI
Maximum Bus Setting PCI
BIOS Version 015.031.000.000
BIOS Part Number BR44400.bin
BIOS Date 2013/02/19
Memory Size 768 MB
Memory Type DDR3
Core Clock in MHz 720 MHz
Memory Clock in MHz 800 MHz
Total Memory Bandwidth in GByte/s 12.8 GByte/s
--------------------------------------------------------------------
It says "Memory Size: 768 MB". When I bought the laptop, it said it has dedicated AMD HD 8650G with 4205 MB.:
I did dxdiag and over there under Display, it says Approx. Total Memory: 4205 MB.
I am confused. Is it crossfire? If no, please explain what this is and how can I run the dedicated one instead of the integrated one
Thanks in advance
