Alright, here's the issue. I have had this card for several months and been very happy with it. I installed Titanfall when it came out and cranked the graphics up to ultra or insane or whatever and I've never been able to notice frame changes. A few days ago I noticed a serious frame rate drop. It happens mostly in open areas where there are a lot of textures to process. For instance I''ll zoom in with a scope and the frame rate will be fine. I tried overclocking the card a little bit and it seemed to help for a game or two but that's it.

CPU 39 C
GPU 46 C (even after overclock)
It's a water cooled system.
