I am thinking about getting the R9 285 but don't know if I should get the Sapphire Dual X OC version or the ASUS Strix version. Also the ASUS is $10 cheaper.

Solution cowboydude99 Oct 31, 2014 Those cards seem to be around $250. Have you considered the MSI R9 290 at $230? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127774 If you want the 285, I'd go for Sapphire. I have had both Sapphires and Asus, but I prefer Sapphire. Both will be quality cards though.

I have a G 550 SeaSonic PSU, so I'm not sure I can run that card because I have read it requires a bigger wattage than what my PSU can supply. Upvote 0 Downvote
