Nvidia recommends a minimum 300W PSU to use the GTX 750 Ti. Though it may work under that threshold, I would recommend getting a new unit from Antec, XFX, Seasonic etc.

Note that power supplies lose efficiency over time and that power supply is of poor quality.
So yes, you should change your power supply.
