My parents computer recently stopped working. I built it a year or so ago and it has been runnign fine up to this point. I checked the plugs on the motherboard nad everything is connected properly, however, when I go to power it up the light on the front of hte case lights up but nothing happens. I thought this would be a PSU issue so I bought a new PSU and connected it however it still did not power up. Is my motherboard bad? Any help would be appreciated.

As for PC Specs, its hard for me to remember exactly what is in it, however, I will try my best.

Windows 7
AMD A6
4gb DDR3
Asrock Mobo
500gb HDD
Cheap Case+PSU combo

No, I just use the built in graphics on the apu. In thinking of just picking up a new processor motherboard combo from micro center tonight. I really can't think of what the issue could be.
