How are assassin's creed min and rec gpu requirements so close to each other?

i mean even if we skip the fact that they are extremely high, i don't get how min is 680 and recommended is 780. 680 is literally one step below 780 (about on par with 770 please don't start debate on that) so if high settings need 780 and low need 680 what does medium need? it doesn't make any sense they are so close to each other in performance (only one step difference) also any idea what this settings are for 1080 30 fps?

it seems the game is terribly optimized for pc but shouldnt difference between min and rec be bigger?
also do you think 770 670 760 would be able to run it on everything min or does it really take 680 for that?

yes770 is a bit better than 680 but for this topic i consider them on more or less same level. bad optimization would result in high system req, if ps4 can run it gtx 760 and higher should run it same resolution, but how come settings changed from hight to low all only require one step lower card ?

because the game makers cant be bothered to make an effort when it comes to low settings its made to run in detail and there are many versions they must make ps4 xbox one ps3 xbox 360 pc etc alot of work they dont have much time either hey have to be quick which is also why after a game is relised the games are otimised propally a couple of weeks later

PS4 isn't going to run it at 1080p.

And honestly we're going to have to wait for the game itself to be released and benchmarked before making any sort of opinions on how accurate the "minimum requirements" are

I don't know if it would be possible that there is not an option for lower quality textures....
