i OC my gpu sapphire r7 1gb gddr5 from 1050mhz to 1100 core clock and from 1150mhz to 1200 memory clock and it is stable by running twice the heaven benchmark...now my question is
it is safe to overclock it in max core clock and max memory clock???(core clock:1150 and memory clock:1300 )cause the GPU itself cant change the voltage i mean other's say voltage can ruin your gpu but in this gpu you cant adjust the voltage so im asking if it safe to OC it in max speed???

by the way im using msi afterburner
and my temp is 31 in idle and 68 while gaming battlefield and assassins creed 4...

Hmmm... bump up the power all they way and from there go in jumps of 30mhz core clock and 15mhz memory clock until you reach instability. You could probabaly reach 1150mhz on the core clock and 1225mhz on the memory with the power bumped all the way.

overclocking to a certain extent will be beneficial
it also depends upon your psu however overclocking is at the users own risk and overclocking can reduce the life span of the gpu if not done properly...
however i would recommend you to overclock but not to maximum and not for a long time
