what does it mean when cimputer cant connect to proxy

Internet is connected i went to settings and unchecke Lan box and still nothing....went back and it seems like it auto sets again

A proxy server setting that can't be disabled is likely the result of a computer virus. Do you have virus protection? Perform a complete scan of your system. Sometimes these types of viruses can be very difficult to remove.
