Can I use my RAM I just purchased with an AMD CPU, and FM3+ MoBo? Read Desc.

I had just bought G.Skill Ripjaws Z series 8 gb ddr3 2400 RAM. When it came in, the first thing it says is that it is designed for 3rd Generation Intel CPU's and z77 and z97 platforms. Does this mean that I cannot use it with a FM3+ MoBo and an AMD CPU? Will it perform worse if it is not on a z77 or z97 MoBo?

Intel has much stronger memory controllers but it should come down to the mobo's supported ddr3 speed.

Most boards whether AMD or Intel based work with 240 pin DIMM so your pretty much good to go with 1.5 v.

You should be fine. It probably just has an XMP profile to auto-adjust the settings on Intel setups.
