Am i bottlenecking

My PC has problems with maintaining a good framerate, my rig is amd 6300, gtx 680, i just want to knoq if i am bottlenecking, if so what do i upgrade too?

I'd switch motherboard and get yourself an Intel processor. 2500K is a good way to go. Shouldn't bottleneck anything for a long time. If you want to you can go AMD again which will allow you to keep your current motherboard and go with an 8350 minimum. Anything less will most likely bottleneck again.
