Please any comments, advice, changes, to this build would be appreciated. Basically my first time making a build and I am not planning on overclocking (unless it is worth doing so with my build).
Thanks for the help!!

Goal for this build: game, game while streaming, video editing/making

Should I get the GIGABYTE GTX 980 or keep the ASUS GTX 980 ??

GRUxTSAR made an interesting suggestion. The Xeon 1230 is $60 cheaper and only 300Mhz slower than the CPU you chose. It is essentially a 3.3GHz i7 with the iGPU disabled. It has some other instructions enabled.

The top end unlocked 4790K is also to be considered even if you don't want to overclock because of it's 4.0GHz clock, which gives you 400MHz for $35.

The EVGA is a decent power supply, although the ?2 series are better than the ?1.

This https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650bbefx is a better supply at the same price. Without overclocking and with a very good power supply, you could drop to About 550W.
