I'm looking fir a good stealth game. I mostly play on my PC but I do have a PS3.

I've heard Metal Gear Solid is good, but not sure. It's it a good game series?

Ideally I'm looking for a good PS3 exclusive...It at least not on the pc.

I've played most stealth games on the pc, but feel free to tell me about games you can play stealt but aren't classed as stealth. Far Cry is an example of sorts and dishonored.

I've played most assassins creed games, all splinter cell, the must recent thief.

I'm really wanting something on the ps3 and not on the pc.

Hitman Absolution has a lot of good stealth, and shooting too, with much improved combat over the past titles. So technically, it IS a shooter type stealth game.

If you don't mind horror, Alien Isolation is a very good stealth game. The Metro series too.

Also, Watch Dogs has a fair amount of stealth, and is pretty good. The DLC Bad Blood is also very good, and has even more stealth if you go for the optional objectives in the side missions, which can be brutal if you don't use adequate distractions.

Shadow of Mordor has a lot of stealth mixed with open combat depending on how you play it. You can infiltrate a lot via stealth by picking off the minions of captains one by one, which also makes the confrontation with the captains easier.
Splinter Cell is awesome. Talking about excellent upgrades and such! And you also can either go for the shadows and only shadows or just straight up kill. It's pretty hard to keep stealthy, but very rewarding.

Assassin's Creed 2 series is excellent. Excellent free world, unbotched story line, and stealth can also be rewarding.

If you enjoyed Dishonoured you will absolutely love Thief: The Dark Project (Thief Gold is recommended as it includes extra levels) and Thief 2: The Metal Age. Ignore the new Thief, it's terrible.
