windows 7 crashed BSOD safe mode defaults to win XP

Just before I shut down last night I received some kind of error notice about a USB conflict. THis morning I started my pc only to get a BSOD. Error 0x7e. When I try to start in safe mode the only OS that is found is win xp. What to do

Put in your Windows 7 disk and run a repair setup. Sounds like you were using dual boot.
