I purchased this gtx 970 today MSI GTX 970 4G ( http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-msi-gtx-970-gaming-4g-twin-frozr-5-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1140mhz-boost-1279mhz-1664-cores-1x-dp-2x-d )

I am wondering whether its worth using my GTX 760 as a PhysX Processor? not sure if my Corsair RM750 (750 watt PSU) could cope with a 970 and 760

Current specs in case you need them:
CPU: Intel i7-4790K
MOBO: ROG Maximus VII Hero
RAM: 8GB (2x4gb) Kingston HYPER x Beast 2400mhz
PSU: Corsair RM750
CASE: Corsair Carbide 540

Thanks in advance for the help :)

If you already have the GTX 760, sure. Why not. Your PSU should be fine.
GTX 970 (145W)
GTX 760 (170W)
There'll be a bit more heat and noise, of course. And it would be a bit of a waste to use a GTX 760 for something as light duty as PhysX, but it is fine to do so.

Personally, I'd try to sell the 760 and put the $ towards something else.
