I own a ps4 already and I'm going to use that for most of my gaming (don't hate) just because I enjoy playing with friends. I really want a PC for the exclusive games like CS:GO, Arma, and Dayz (yes I know it's coming to ps4).
Would this build run games like these around the same quality as a ps4? (~60fps and 1080p)

Solution
Definite; 2x4GB better than 1x8GB - make use of quad channel performance
Possibly; if it really is a gaming focused rig and at 1080p, should really go for atleast an i3. That motherboard IS capable of overclocking which would be recommended if sticking with the G3258
If you do go Pentium then make sure your mobo is on the list of ones that can overclock the CPU. If not then just drop in a i3. With that said, based on the GPU you'll be smashing those games. But I'd try to overclock that Pentium to avoid some low fps dips.

Aye the overall build seems solid but why not:

i3 > Pentium
Micro ATX Mobo - Why not get a smaller case?
I'd add on a small maybe 120gb SSD to round things off if you can budget it

Good luck !

Smaller cases seem to be more expensive in the US
