Can my motherboard support GTX 650 Ti+EVGA 500W PSU?

I'm relatively simple when it comes to computers and upgrading, but a few years back I bought a new desktop:

Asus Essentio CM6850. Nothing has been changed since I bought it, it still has the same crappy GT 530.

I was wondering if the motherboard it comes with can even support a GTX 650 Ti and a 500W PSU from EVGA.

^ Links to both.

I only have a budget of about $200 when upgrading the GPU/PSU and don't have the money to upgrade the motherboard.

Do I have what I need, or do I need to look for something else?

Solution
In theory 300W will be good for the gtx750ti, but if that 330W one is from the Asus Essentio CM6850, and you can try it out. I will recommend to get other good brand PSU, sorry you may not get the XFX 550w. And you should check the PSU tier list before you buy other new PSU.

Will the r9 270 fit inside of my tower?
I know the motherboard is an Asus P8H67-M PRO

Also, would the r9 270 be better for gaming?

Also for my processor I'm running an i7-2600 3.4mhz. Would the 550W be enough for the card + my processor?

1) The SAPPHIRE DUAL-X 100365L Radeon R9 270 will fit into the case. I found the picture from amazon it has a lot space for the GPU.
Case http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/91b4pDQkj9L._SL1500_.jpg it is from here http://www.amazon.com/Asus-Essentio-Desktop-Processor-Windows/dp/B005JLI30O
2) Yes, r9 270 is better than the gtx650ti for gaming, best graphics cards For the money: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html
3) The xfx 550W is good enough for your set up (i7 2600+r9 270). From one review, they use i7-4960X @ 4.2GHz + GPUs like r9 270 even the r9 280x, you can see the whole system only draws power in watt less than 400w. http://www.anandtech.com/show/7503/the-amd-radeon-r9-270x-270-review-feat-asus-his/16
