AMD cpu temperature too high!

i have amd fx 6300
in the hw monitor it showed max temp of 82 degree celsium
and 52 cpu package temp. what is cpu pakage temp btw

what is the max teamperature where my cpu will turn itself off from not burnig. Thanks!

Try using the AMD overdrive software to get the temperatures as the CPU doesn't report the temperatures correctly to other software.
If you still get high temperatures, you should replace that cooler with a Cooler Master 212 Hyper.

So, as long as the package temp stays under 60 and cpu temp may exceede 80 degree celsius everything is ok then?
Seeing cpu temp reach 82 mage me phobie of heat
Btw my idle cpu stays 37 to 41 celsius.
And the open hardware moniot looks same as hw monitor whats change in it.
