I'm having huge fps problems in cs:go, i had an gtx 570 that was just fine hitting the 150-250 fps mark, but now with the gtx 970 i'm at 50 - 80 fps max.. I have tried to change the settings to max the performance but I had no success can anyone help? I tried to monitor my gpu with some softwares like afterburner.. and I found out that the gpu usage is very low when I'm playing.. It's like 15~20%... I really don't know what should I do... my specs are:
