Hi guys, today I replaced my asrock 990FX killer with CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z, because I have fx 9590, by the way the 990FX killer kinda support it but you feel like 5% lags if you keep the pc running 24/7 anyway here is my config
Fx9590
CROSSHAIR V FORMULA-Z
Noctua nh-d15
Gigabyte 7870
32gb ram
Everything was working fine with asrock 990FX killer
I'd like to tell you that I did everything from clearing bios, changing pcie slots, unplug and plug the 8 pin cpu connector, and the CPU fan pins, graphic card has those 12 pins firmly connected
I can't see anything as the pc switches on but except chassis fans nothing is spinning gpu or cpu fans
So I can't get into the bios to update it, as I heard there is a bios update which fixes many things
I hope someone could help here, thanks

HALF SOLVED
I managed to get it working
1st that pin belongs to asus f panel for hdd, pswitch ect Led
2nd the reason and how I got it working :
I did isolation with the help of the digital display on the board, remove all parts then put one by one and check for FF code, finally found the problem, I did put a little bit bigger drop of the thermal paste, this one melted and touched some of the cpu pins, carefully and very carefully I cleaned it, then it worked
The new problem is that the computer boots and logs in to Windows normal but sometimes it hangs when it reboots on black screen or on rog logo, after I press reset button it boots, also I can't get into the bits, every time I press del it hangs on black screen, after many hard resets I managed to get into the bios but guess what the bios is acting weird, can't see all of it and I have to move with keyboard arrows to guess which tab is this ,if I switch to ez mode & while hovering the mouse around it looks like I'm scratching off the top previous image to get to the actual page, very disappointed with asus, asrock was so much better, working out of the box, if it was not for my mistake of not reading cpu compatibility list the board is awesome and I get it stable at 5ghz easily, this asus can't overclock at all without BOD, everything is fine, this noctua d15 is a monster, beats soo many water cooling, it's 29 idle and 36-41 at 5ghz, so temp is not the issue here, I run out of options except downgrading the bios so I'm asking here if it is worth it, or else I'm gonna return it tomorrow for refund and never come back to asus again
