My specs is

Amd A10 5800k - CPU
Powercolor Radeon 4850 1Gb DDR5 - GPU
My powersupply is AcePower 650 watts 80 plus bronze
and my UPS is Intex 1050va

my pc runs with no problems for 8 months then this problem occured

(forgive for my bad english guys)

so the problem is when there will be brownout in our area or power shortage my pc would turn off(not actually off) but there will be no display on monitor but the cpu is still on. and it seems that the cpu is restarting.

after that incident i tried to find out what was the problem. so first i tried to intentionaly pull the plug then there the problem occured the cpu is on but no display monitor and i cant shutdown properly the only way is to press the power button.

then the second test i tried is I take off the gpu from the pc. and start the test i pulled the plug from outlet then the problem didnt occur. im not really sure what cause the problem is it either the UPS or power supply? please guys help me or give me some advice. thanks for the help.

It sounds like your UPS isn't supplying enough power to your system. You may have to upgrade it to a better one.

yes my ups is working. usually if you have a UPS when there will be no power your pc will be still running for minute right? and you can still shutdown it properly. but now when there will be no power only the cpu is running but there is no display on the monitor. but when the gpu is not installed it will run fine.
