GTX 750 Ti is stuck at 405 mhz.

Gtx 750 ti is stuck at 405 mhz please help!
I've already tried the power management on nvidia control panel.
I only OC'd once. The offset was 20+ and the temps were quite cool. 60 celsius.

ofcourse it got better all of a sudden.The GPU downclocks itself when no hard work is put in it so it runs cooler and doesnt waste energy.If you open up a game you should see it reach full speed

Can you check your driver version? This is a known issue with the 301.42 WHQL drivers. Do an update or a clean install of the latest ones and this should be fixed.

This issue stems from overclocking the card too far. When this happened I tested out multiple stress tests only to find that my card was stuck at; Core Clock (405 MHz), GPU Usage (100%), Power Usage (13%-19%), while everything else was normal. The only thing that seemed to resolve this issue was restarting my computer.

Edit: It looks like the bug is visual.

i have the same problem but it wont go back to normal, i let my graphics card sit in front of a fan for about an hour or so outside of my pc case, plz plz plz plz help
