some serious answers guys....

i have pentium g2010
intel hd graphics
4 gb ddr3
win 8.1 64 bit

now comming to my question......
are min requirements really required?
because my pc(above specs) can run fc3 and bf3.

Minimum requirements are generally tested at a modern resolution like 720p or 1080p(I think the most common is 1080p). Also at higher than 30fps. Ur gameplay looked like 20-28 fps. Like I played borderlands 2 with my 3220 and HD 2500 but it was at like 480x800 and 28fps. I would consider neither yours or mine playable from a developers standpoint. Personally I consider it playable. Barely but it still is

Having said all that there is no universal standered for what minimum requirements for a game mean. I read somewhere recently that a company was trying to get some standerds made up for it but nothing has come as of yet.

More like those titles are running your spec into the ground by the looks of it. I don't call seriously compromising settings to the point of looking horrible, while getting a boatload of lag being able to "run" a game.

It's laughable you're even playing them at 1080p.
