What is the best website to test gpu fps

I want to learn about fps and gpu so I want to be able to say "gtx 770" will run at -"fps". Just by searching a site

that doesn't really make sense because the FPS of every game you play will be different.

http://geforce.com has the "official" performance comparisons, you can also check the specific GPU reviews on Tom's as well

3D Mark has most of the modern titles' benchmarks. It's basically the most widely respected GPU benchmark software in the world. See if they have your game listed.
