Hey everybody. I recently received a new PC for CS:GO, but noticed that I am only running approximately 50-70 fps in the game with _ALL LOW_ graphics. The settings in-game are set correctly and fps configs has been taken into account.

System information:
CPU: (Check topic header)
Motherboard: ASUS A88XM-E - Micro-ATX FM2+
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY Black Series 8 GB
GPU: ASUS GTX750-PHOC-1GD5 - OC Edition 1 GB.
Kingston SSD - 120 GB (OS installed)
Seagate Barracuda HDD (1 TB)

Note: All drivers has been updated, including BIOS, but no change.

Although the specs of the PC, in my opinion, should do pretty high performance, I am still doubting this CPU. Having integrated graphics on the CPU is not something I've seen before and I'm wondering if my PC is using those integrated graphics over my graphics card.

Another thing to take into account is that I am currently using the Tech preview of Windows 10 as my operating system. OS works fine, but is unfortunately not compatible with software like CPU-Z and so on.
Note: FPS HAS been checked with a windows 7 operating system and my FPS remains unchanged.

Quick summ:
Drivers updated. (Including BIOS)
Registry added, so that both cores on the CPU are operating at full capacity.
Malware and virus check.
Nvidia control panel adjustments.
Fresh installation.

Please help me. I feel like I have done everything and I'm out of ideas.
