What is your connection like? What hardware are you using? What software version do you have on you xbox? There are many things that can cause this to happen.

If it does then your good, but if not you should stop here. I cannot help diagnose your xbox over the internet, some people may, but I will not.

[3] So if you are here then it can be your connection. Lets start with your upload and download speed. Slow connections can cause it to drop. SpeedTest.Net is a wonderful place to go for this. They even have a mobile app to test off you phone over the WI-FI. Anything over 1 and 1 should be good, lower speeds may work. The higher the numbers are the best. Ping wont matter unless your server is right next to you.

[4] So your speed it good? What about your network? What are you using? If your using the WI-FI lets try using an Ethernet cord. Wired from either your modem or router. If you already doing this try the WI-FI. If you cannot do that lets look at your other connections to the WI-FI. What is your setup? Modem and Router or both in one. How many people are connected to your WI-FI? Many routers allow for 4 people at once, you can get more or less. Lets see if you can disconnect a few devices.
