memory management error windows 8.1

Hey guys so i get this error every time i try to move files from my portable hard drive to my local disk or try to read them whilst on the portable hard drive, so as a normal person would they would go and buy a new one and it still didn't fix the issue.

I have already done a windows memory diagnostic scan in safe mode and it didn't pick anything up from it so its not hardware (im pretty sure it isnt anyway) so what else could be causing this issue because i need to get some files off the hard drive and this error is stopping me from doing this

It's not the memory, it's the drive causing it. I had to format my flash drive that was doing this to me, except I could copy files from it.

Upload the dmp files somewhere then post the link. Its probably a USB / driver prob. If its only happening when you do the above

its not the drive because its happening to both of them and they work perfectly fine in other computers

c:\windows\minidump folder zip them. Then upload them somewhere like onedrive. Post the link

the folder is empty so no clue but i just looked at an article and it told me to open device manager and select view and show hidden and remove all of the hidden usb thing from the Universal serial bus controller and it worked hahaha

i dont understand how that worked but yeah so thanks for your response and for trying to help me

I would say its either the cable you're using or the usb driver is out of date and needs to be updated

And if anything like AIcharger (or something that lets you charge Ipods etc) is installed uninstall it

Ok so its started happening again but i can assure you that my external hard drive is working 100% no issues only with this computer and im 100% sure my ram is working perfectly i can drag empty folders off of it but when i drag a folder off with something in it that's when i get the MEMORY_MANAGEMENT error so i have no idea what else i could do im out of ideas but i can upload my dmp files because it finally made one from the last crash

See if theres an update for this ISCTD64.sys Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver

And this ScreamingBAudio64.sys Screaming Bee Audio Driver

Uninstall AsRock XFastUSB or update it

ok i updated Intel Smart Connect Technology Driver, uninstalled and removed everything for ScreamingBAudio (don't use it anymore) and uninstalled AsRock XFastUSB and its worked so far. it just completed a 35gb transfer from external HD to my internal HD and no problems at all so thanks for your help mate i really do appreciate it
