Computer crashes shortly after launch but sometimes it's okay for hours

This is making me scratch my head as my computer crashes about 10-20 Mins after launch usually with a DRRRRRRR sound and a frozen screen. Now after the crash it is fine for hours I have never got this crash twice in a row. The screen stays frozen and doesn't turn off (But that's possibly due to the fact I don't want to leave it all locked up and hold down the power button to force a restart). I have the latest drivers and here's my specs

CPU: FX 6100
GPU: Sapphire Dual X 270x
PSU: XFX 550w
RAM: 16 GB DDR3
MOBO: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M/USB3

Yeah and here a few logs from my event viewer as this usually explains what the hell's happening.

(20:21:54)Event 219, Kernel-PnPThe driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device WpdBusEnumRoot\UMB\2&37c186b&0&STORAGE#VOLUME#_??_USBSTOR#DISK&VEN_MULTIPLE&PROD_CARD__READER&REV_1.00#058F63666438&0#.

(20:22:22)Event 10, WMI: Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

(20:28:52)Kernel-Power: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Okay so there are a couple possible issues. First are you overclocking at all, if you are you might want to take it back a little bit. Second are all your drivers for MOBO, (bios too), sound, video all up to date? Freezing up without blue screen is usually graphics related, which is why i'm asking about the drivers. Is the GPU overclocked?

My main concern is you have a 550w PSU with 2 270s. Max power is 180 for each, so that is 360 max. Your PSU is either a tier 2 or 3 so depending on its power output, how old it is, it could be causing issues.

No I'm not overclocking but I am using ONE R270x and the PSU is relativly new well got it last year it's a I think its a PRO 550W by XFX plus my GPU I got a month or so ago. My drivers are all up to date and as I said before no my GPU has the out of box settings sapphire left it with. i also like to add both times i got a crash I was watching youtube with a game in the background using the steam game browser.

EDIT: Oops pressed the big green soloution button
