Computer turns on and everything works including keyboard, but no monitor display

Hello, my computer monitor won't display anything it just says "no signal". Everything works fine in the computer inclueing keyboard and mouse. I Switches the PSU and ram cards, video card and everything.. I've tried many different given solutions but monitor is still beating me. Please help and thanks in advance

Did you try a different display and it worked which is why you said "everything works fine in the computer" ?
I ask because no display could be that the computer wasnt even able to initialize the cpu to even start running the bios bootup.

I used onboard vga cable, HDMI cable straight to the graphics card.. I used every possible way..

So far i've switched the CPU with my brothers just to test it out and still not working, assuming its maybe the mobo, but it is so weird that the mobo is working correctly and turning EVERYTHING, every fan, mouse and keyboard, I know it is not the monitor because i've tried over 3 monitors t_T. Maybe just the mobo sigh.
