Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz
GeForce GTX 760
RAM 8.2 GB
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Realtek High Definition Audio Sound card
I think my CPU is just not good enough. i just hope i can run the game 30-40+ fps on low settings thats all.

You could probably run on medium tohigh settings. Perhaps some ultra here and there. Game developers are stating specs that don't really need for some reason. Besides, Ubisoft is capping the FPS at 30 so trying to get high frame rates on it is silly.

I wouldn't trust Ubisoft's spec requirements. Remember that this game has to run on the PS4's and and Xbox One's APU. A dedicated graphics card is much more powerful. The biggest hit would be AA so I would keep that fairly low. In AC4, the 760 could get about 40FPS on ultra. The only thing I imagine that would cause you to otherwise be unable to play on high settings would be horrible optimization such as what happened with Watch Dogs.

The game is not demanding its just a crappy console port... Ubisoft is the worst PC developer IMO. Even topping ea in that regard. That says a LOT. So you never know. Assassins creed three was sub 30 fps for every system in the Boston map but AC 4 was playable most everywhere. The game may run decently or it may get 25fps no matter how good ur PC is. We will just have to see when it comes out

Ummm what?? That's a lot of gibberish. The game will be capped at 30FPS, that means 30+ FPS is impossible.

I made a hypothesis based upon previous facts. Ubisoft has made bad console ports for a long time and has not shown any signs of changing. My guess is that they will continue doing so. They have had games that run at acceptable standards so I left that possibility open by stating "we won't know till it comes out".

Suggested specs mean little and when they are as insane as those given for assassins creed unity we should throw them out the window entirely and just say "idk but I'll make a guess based on previous games from the same developer" which I did.

And my "not demanding statement just poorly ported" statement, I mean that the graphics are not good enough to demand such high standards. None of the assassins creeds have been.

I agree it was fun but IMO the story sucked. Some random pirate becomes the best killer during his time with no training? What?... Anyways the graphics were meh but it was a lot better optimized than other ubisoft games, and did look better, so I'll give you that one.

No offense taking I'll admit to being a hater haha. Its just that ubisoft makes games that could be so good and then IMO drop the ball. Makes me want to cry...

yes English is not my native language.i can speak 3 languages .the game is not out yet .and everyone talking like they some how involved in game creation.

The game is not released yet but that doesn't mean Ubisoft didn't release any details on the game. There is no hiding that Ubisoft is trying to make 30FPS limit the norm now. Their reasons I don't know (they can't optimize games for **** and Console companies are giving pressure). The rumors are that the game will be locked to 30FPS. I'm sure someone will find a way to get passed that but performance issues may occur. No rumors have been confirmed though.

Yes, I had thought that might be the case. Good luck to you with Unity. I hope it isn't as bad as Ubisoft makes it sound like graphics wise.
