NZXT H440: Does air cooling have a good performance?

Tell me a good mid-tower and full-tower
btw, what do you think about the phanteks enthoo pro and the NZXT Phantom 530?
The Phanteks Enthoo Pro was the full tower I was going to reccomend. The Phantom is a fair case, but the Pro is the best bang for the buck.
For a midtower, the Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 is what I reccomend.
The Corsair Carbide Air 540 is also a great case.

Its decent in terms of intakes, but with exhausts, its horrible.
for air cooling, its fine. In general I don't recommend that case though.
