I recently bought a new computer ( sapphire r9 270x , 8 gb ram , amd fx 6300 ) . I am using it mostly for games and especially league of legends . I read that other people are getting 200 + FPS at ultra .. but I am getting only arround 110-130 . Is it something wrong that I have to fix ? Plzz help

I don't see any reason why you want 200fps on league of legends. I had problems with over 100fps where objects will teleport so i have to cap it at 80fps.
If fps seems different in BF4, crysis 3 etc then there might be a problem.
If you still worried, try reinstalling your gpu drivers.

I have a similar set up. the fx-8320 with r9 270x. I get 120-130 fps. I keep mine capped at 80 too. There is no reason to have anything higher than 60 if you monitor is 60hz.

I don't think there is anything wrong with that. It might be that people who have achieved higher FPS don't have anti-aliasing on...
