Will this build be able to run games like Call of Duty advanced warfare decently?

I'm investing in a gaming PC because gaming has always been a passion for me, I was struggling to find a build within my budget when I came across this:

Please let me know how well that will run games, like what optimal settings I should use etc. Thank you in advance.

The specs on that computer are actually very close to what Activision recommends for specifications for Advanced Warfare. The video card is a BIT (but not much) weaker compared to what they want, but depending on your settings (might have to lower some things or set it at medium instead of high) you can probably play this game easily without any hick-ups.
