Cpu Temperature fx8320

Just built a new computer. Im running fx8320 with stock coolers, HWinfo read cpu temperature to be around 20-30 degrees for the last couple days. But just now, I went to take a shower and when i came back the readings shot up to 40-58 on idle!! What could've caused this?? The temperature has been like this since

it seems whats causing this is a program called trustedinstaller from Windows, the cpu has been running hot ever since it started running without me knowing. Any ideas how long it'll run for?

trustedinstaller just put me through 30minutes of restarting and installing windows updates, by the time it all finished both my bios temperature and hwinfo have returned to normal. what a relief
