First of all here is my current setup:

ASUS M5A99X Evo R2.0
4x Kingston HyperX 2GB DDR3 1600 CL9 RAM
AMD FX 8350 @4.5 Ghz (also tried with everything stock and prime95 indicates the oc is stable)
Noctua NH-U14S CPU Cooler
Sapphire R9 290X BF4 Edition
Corsair CX750m PSU (750w obviously)
Corsair Force GS 128GB SSD
Corsair 400R Chasis (with x8 14 mm fans)

So this issue occurs during a high-demaning gameplay generally. I suspect the PSU here but I cannot say. What happens is, screen goes black in all of a sudden and PC becomes unresponsive (can say that looking at the keyboard's numlock LED; it doesn't respond.). PC seems to be still running (powered up, fans turning blabla) and when try the reset button on the chasis, It looks like it is restarting but it doesn't. You hear the hdds turn off and on and fans slow down a bit(as if it restarts) but screen is still blank and no mobo beep. Only if I hold down the power button to shut down or cut the power from the wall and then turn it on, PC boots normally.

This leaves a Kernel-Power error to event viewer with event ID 41.

As a result of my suspects over the PSU, I am now using my old High Power Performance 600w PSU but I need time to reproduce the issue.

Also, this is not a heating issue. My cooler is of enough quality and I have a good airflow setup with my current chasis and fans all over the place. Mobo doesn't get high. It doesn't even reach 40 degrees.
