Best gaming pc build around £700?

Thinking about building a pc around christmas and I'm trying to figure out what would be best with a budget of about £700 (maybe $1000 or something). I have put this together since I hear the gtx 970 is the best in the market for the price now but what do you guys think? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/guide/y2V323/800-gaming-build If I missed anything there or anyone has any suggestions that would be awesome :) Joe

I haven't really got much more if I'm going for £700 this comes out at about £690. About the power supply do you mean one like this? http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
