This is what I am thinking about, could some of you have a look and see if I have any bottlenecks or other mistakes. Any suggestions?

Solution
Here's a great build below for that budget.
You might think the PSU wattage is huge for the build now, but you'll be able to SLI (buy and install another GTX 970) in the future without needing to change/upgrade anything else for much better performance & bang for the buck compared to a GTX 980, this will allow you to max out even poorly coded games such as Watch Dogs & Crysis.

the only issues you missed was a good cooler for your rig. the stock intel one is plastic and is not the best cooler for the cpu chip. swaped out the b mb for the newer h97 it let you drop it with a bios update the newer brodwell cpu. also for less money put in faster ram. also swapped out the under sized power supply. with a gaming rig like yours 650 is the min to have the amps rating on the 12v line. (12v has the gpu and cpu wattage. (90w for the cpu and 150w for the gpu when maxed). 240w (is 20 amps min). the 650 unit has 54 max amps so it give your gaming rig a little over head under heavy load.
